The Senior Girls after winning the 2012 Australian Schools Knockout Championships in Launceston

Alexandra Butler after finishing 3rd at Qld All Schools Heptathlon Championships

Some days are harder than others.  The Seniors menu included:

1. 15min warm up
2. stretches and drills
3. 6x500m with 2.5min recovery
4. hurdle drills
5. 15min warm down
6. ice bath and recover

With State Championships just around the corner, all their hard work is sure to pay off.

Congratulations Senior Girls on winning the 2012 Queensland Schools Knockout Championships.  The Girls amassed 9721 points and posted a SKO record of 4:08.71 in the Medley Relay. The girls now look towards Launceston where they will take on Australia’s best.
